1. Prize draws are open to all Bristol Water Plc Customers who have purchased an insurance policy with London General Insurance Company Ltd. UK residents over 18.

2. A quarterly draw will be carried out at the end of March 07, June 07, September 07 and December 07 (weekends permitting this will always be the last day of the month, failing that, the next working day of the following month). Winners will be the first customer randomly selected.
3. Each winner will receive one energy efficient domestic appliance of his or her choice, selected from the list below:

4. Appliances will be of make and model as selected by London General Insurance Company Ltd to a maximum value of £300. Winners may specify whether an integrated appliance is required provided that it can be purchased within the maximum value specified. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative.
5. Delivery will need to be arranged between the supplier and the winner.
6. Installation will need to be arranged by the winner.
7. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The prize draw is not open to employees of Bristol Water Plc, London General Insurance Company Ltd, TWG Services Limited, their relatives, agents or any other person connected with the prize draw.

10. One entry per policy held by customer. Multiple entries occur in the case of customers holding more than one policy with London General Insurance Company Ltd providing the policies have been introduced through Bristol Water.
11. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry it deems to contravene the spirit of the promotion.
12. Winners will be notified by the 15th of the month following the draw. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the customers that were policyholders before the closing date of each quarter.
13. TWG Services Limited and Bristol Water Plc will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of the appliance supplied.
14. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by London General Insurance Company Ltd or any associated or subsidiary company of London General Insurance Company Ltd. Customers who do not wish to take part in the prize draw may withdraw by contacting TWG Services Limited, The Bristol Water Prize Draw, Eaton House, 152-158 Northolt Road, Harrow, HA2 0EA.
15. Uses of personal data received by London General Insurance Company Ltd in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.
