The total liability above shall not exceed £10,000 including VAT during the Policy Term.
Once you have paid your premium, LGI's Plumbing and Drainage Emergency Insurance provides cover in relation to your:
- Underground external drainage system
- Underground water supply pipe
- Internal plumbing and drainage
All in the event of an Emergency.
Eligibility
To be covered by LGI's Plumbing & Drainage Emergency Insurance your property must:
- Be located within the mainland United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.
- Not be used for commercial purposes of any nature including the letting of the property.
- Legally be owned by you.
