How fast will you send someone?
In the event of an emergency, we will aim to send an authorised repairer within four hours of your call if required. In the event of a breakdown involving the total loss of heating, we will aim to make an appointment within 24 hours between 9am and 5pm. For all other breakdowns, we will aim to make an appointment within 48 hours between 9amand 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What if you cannot repair the boiler?
In the event of your boiler being beyond economic repair you will receive a cash settlement according to the age of your boiler, as determined by us and subject to a maximum payment as follows:
> 0-5 years of age £400.00
> 6-10 years of age £250.00
> 11-15 years of age £200.00

How do I make my appointment for annual service?
If you have Boiler Breakdown Insurance including an annual service, simply call us on 0870 060 1591, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Fridays, to book a convenient appointment time for you.

What is not covered?

Am I eligible for this cover?
To be eligible to purchase this policy, you must be the homeowner and the property must be located within the mainland UK, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight and used only for domestic purposes. Click here for boiler eligibility criteria.

What are my policy limits?
There is a maximum liability of £1,500 including VAT during the 12 month policy term.

How do I claim?
In an emergency, simply call our helpline on 0870 060 1591. Lines open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is no paperwork and we pay the tradesmen directly, up to your cover limits.

When does cover start?
Your cover will start 14 days after receipt of your application and remittance. The start date will be shown clearly on your Policy Schedule.

How can I pay?
If you wish to take advantage of our low monthly payments, you can buy now online or you can call us on 0800 294 7300 to set up a Direct Debit. Alternatively, you can pay the annual charge by credit card.
